  Minor changes:
  * New Directives:
  PackageDir - Packages an entire directory tree
  Can be used to package generated components - unlike
  PackageFile with the --DirTree option, which will only package
  files present when the makefile is generated.
  
  InstallDir - Installs an entire directory tree
  
  * Makefile directive - RunTest
  Added --Dir=(path) option to allow paths to tests to be massaged
  as required.
