- Add a menu item in the 'Release' menu to force the package state and deprecated state icons to be rebuilt.
If a Release has WIP or Pending Packages the user is prompted to dispose of the package-versions. When this has been done the Release is now correctly placed in the 'Archive' state. Previously it was placed in the 'Closed' state.
Errors encountered when 'Deleting' WIP or Pending Packages are now displayed to the user.
