Fixup some problems with upload/download pdf/zip file references to ensure consistency with deployment manager, and operability on both intranet and the client websites.
Regarding end-user download links...
Production Manager on Client website retrieves exclusively from Donwloads folder.
Production Manager on Auperaweb08 website retrieves from dpkg_archive and Deployment Manager PDF folder as applicable.
