Allow use of HTML break tag in table cell specifications within the EA_DocGenTable elements to specify paragraph breaks.
Fixup some minor issues with reqmnt formatting (excessive CR/LFs)
Insert abort detection into text parser.

Added ability to embed style formatting controls into Package, Diagram, and Element description text.
Styles can be MS-Word styles, or EA_DocGen styles (only support tables thus far).
