svnant jar files removed and now reside in svnant package (some with new names at svnant 1.5.6). ant-subversion.xml has now been moved StockholmSBOM

Added support for typeless artifacts in dpkg_archvie.
Typeless means that the artifact is not in a subdirectory.
If GBE_DPKG_CACHE is not defined then don't cache packages

Fixed problem in ant-manifest generation which was not generating the Package Version attribute in the descpkg manifest file correctly.

Fixed problem in initivy macrodef which was not allowing white spaces where they were legally allowed in the depends.xml

Merged ant-antcontrib, ant-clean, ant-jants, ant-javadoc, ant-manifest, ant-release, and ant-subversion to make them all contained within ant-using.

In addition, the new packages shown below have are now also released as part of ant-using, so that the others do not have to be retrieved individually.
