EA_DocGen's embedded style tag text parsing capability made compatible with EAv7.1 (this latest version of EA allows users to embedd RTF tags, which caused an problem for EA_DocGen in that < and > chars used by EA_DocGen tags are escaped).
NOTE: Further work in this area may be needed.

Attempt to make access to package, element, and diagram notes fields a little safer by checking for null and empty strings.

Added ability to embed style formatting controls into Package, Diagram, and Element description text.
Styles can be MS-Word styles, or EA_DocGen styles (only support tables thus far).

Relationship Matrix changes:-
1) To add capability to refer to from/to package by a name
2) Bold/Font Size Formatting of cell content when user turns on element notes display (devi-050343).
3) RelMatrix options are saved as a comment into the generated word document for debugging purposes and as an aid when reviewing the document.
Other Changes:-
1) Default is to have Word visible during document generation
2) User can highlight anywhere in doc model before initiating a document generation via the menu

DEVI-50319 Style1 Relationship Matrix generation fails

Added new options for relationship matrix generation to allow notes of EA elements to be printed underneath the names in cells within the left-hand column of the tables.
