  Utility: svn createPackage
  Perform a validity check on any directory tree being imported. It
  must not contain any of the following reserved directory names:
  .svn, .git, .hg, .cvs, tags, trunk or branches
  
  GCC Based build targets
  Extended CTAGS support to GCC based targets.
  'jats make ctags' will generate a ctags file.
