  DevTools/EA_DocGen: Checkin by Svn Import
  1) Added ability to generate test case sections using NumPara styles so as to not clutter up the table of content, and to make the section headings in the document less prominent.
  
  2) Some additional content suppression options have been invented, and the options modification form has been updated to use a scrollable checkbox list so that more and more options can be created without consuming more space on the form.
  The additional options are:
  Suppress Method Characteristics
  Suppress Class Characteristics
  Suppress Class Requirements
  Suppress Class Constraints
  Suppress Class Realizes
  Use NumPara for generated Test Cases
