Overview of JATS

=head1 SYNOPSIS

JATS provides the Vix Technology build environment. It is cross-platform and will run on
all platforms supported within the Vix Technology's Development environment. These are:

JATS may run on other platforms, but these are not an official part of the Vix Technology
Development Environment.

JATS is not one tool, but a collection of tools that work within a controlled
environment. The tools server to simplify the development process and cover:
