Prepare for shipping

Runs on: VirtualBox
Run bleachbit
Run the configureVM tool and ensure that the configure script will run on next boot
  Set the name of the VM to reflect its version
    KUBUNTU_LTS1404_V06
  check that the file /root/.vix/config - does not exist
  Better still: delete the directory /root/.vix
  Better still: Install a new version of the  VIXubuntu1404LTS_VMcfg package
Purge the package base
  apt-get autoremove ; apt-get clean apt-get; autoclean
Shrink the virtual disk
    Power off the machine
    In a console session run the command
        VBoxManage.exe  modifyhd Kubuntu16.04LTSDesktopVBox-disk001.vdi --compact
Remove the 'caches' directory and log files
In VirtualBox GUI
    Run 'Export Appliance' to create an OVA
        Give at a name that includes the Version Number: Kubuntu16.04LTSDesktopVBox_06.ova
Transfer zip to \\auawsaarc001\releases\VirtualMachines\release
  Save old VM image under \\auawsaarc001\releases\VirtualMachines\archive
