In order to design forms within the Borland Builder 6 C++ IDE you need to setup the following environment:

The TopGrid component needs to be installed (see \COTS_Borland\ObjectSight)

The TMS component needs to be installed (TMSC6.bpl, TMSDEC6.bpl). TMS components are a third-party add-on for BCB. See Z:\COTS\TMSSoftware\src for source??

The XMLSchema component needs to be installed (XMLSchema.bpl). This component is an in-house add-on for BCB. See MASS_Dev_Infra\XMLSchema\interfaces\XMLSchemaProxy for source.
