The programs and shared libraries in the directory have been taken from PortableGit-2.10.0-32-bit.7z.exe
as that version containd the last version of msys that supported Windows-XP and Server 2003.

Server 2003 is still an important build machine.
Windows-XP - not really a supported development manchine but still nice for legacy.

The initial reason that msys binaries were used was to get a working version of
the gnu tar program that supported gzip and the transfrom options. Its been a long battle
attempting to work with 7z.
