Prepare for shipping

Runs on: VMware® Player - 4.0.6 build-1035888
Run bleachbit
Run the configureVM tool and ensure that the configure script will run on next boot
  Set the name of the VM to reflect its version
    KUBUNTU_LTS1404_V01
  check that the file /root/.vix/config - does not exist
  Better still: delete the directory /root/.vix
  Better still: Install a new version of the  VIXubuntu1404LTS_VMcfg package
Purge the package base
  apt-get autoremove ; apt-get clean apt-get; autoclean
Shrink the virtual disk
  Within the VM run 'vmware-toolbox'
    Shrink the root partition. This will wipe and shrink the Virtual Disk
  Or, from command line:
    vmware-toolbox-cmd disk shrink /
Power off the Machine
Remove the 'caches' directory and log files
Zip the entire directory - initially about 4.2 Gigabytes
Transfer zip to \\auperaarc01\releases\VirtualMachines\release
  Save old VM image under \\auperaarc01\releases\VirtualMachines\archive
