from Release Manager.

It is here for reference purposes.
Getting it into Rm is fun and is done via patches.

It has been created via the 'Tools | Export Wizard' of Jdeveloper
    DDL Options: Terminator,Pretty Print
    Export Objects: Package Spec, Package Body, Procedures Functions
